The London Home Show is back this September – and we’re celebrating a decade of the capital’s largest first time buyer event!
Held at the QEII Centre in Westminster on Saturday 23rd September, 10am to 5pm, the London Home Show is a one stop shop for prospective purchasers who are looking to find out more about alternative housing options and the home-buying process. Hosted by Share to Buy, the UK’s leading online portal for Shared Ownership properties, attendees will have an unparalleled opportunity to find out all there is to know about buying a home.
Falling in the middle of Shared Ownership Week 2023, Share to Buy’s autumn event will showcase hundreds of first time buyer developments across London and the Home Counties, while offering free practical, legal and financial advice to attendees.
Exhibitors at the event will feature some of the leading names in affordable housing, with sponsors including FABRICA, Guinness Homes, L&Q, Legal & General Affordable Homes, NHG Homes, Peabody New Homes, SiteSales, SO Resi, Southern Housing New Homes and Square Roots.
To celebrate the event’s 10-year anniversary, there will be a host of special activities on the day, including a range of brand-new workshops, Q&A sessions, and a seminar from London-based property influencer, Lexie Carducci.
For those looking to have their questions answered, attend a series of Ask the Experts: Shared Ownership 101 sessions which will deep-dive into the part-buy part-rent scheme, covering everything from eligibility criteria and applications to staircasing and selling. If you’re keen to know more about finances and mortgages, Censeo Financial’s Affordability Workshops will be returning to the show and we’ll have more of these sessions than ever before due to ever-increasing popularity.
There will be a number of First Time Buyer Workshops held by various industry experts, covering a range of topics from affordable rental options to interior design. These live sessions will also include Shared Ownership workshops from the likes of Peabody, L&Q and BEWEST. Tickets for the London Home Show are free, but visitors must register in advance.
