London Home Show Autumn 2021

London’s largest event for first time buyers is set to return on Saturday 18th September with 45 exhibitors all under one roof. Held at the QEII Centre in Westminster from 10.30am to 5pm, the London Home Show is a one stop shop for first time buyers looking to find out more about Shared Ownership and all things affordable homeownership.

Hosted by Share to Buy, the UK’s leading online portal for Shared Ownership properties, the autumn 2021 event will be the fourteenth live exhibition, and the first in-person London Home Show since lockdown.

Exhibitors at the event will feature some of the leading names in affordable housing, many of whom are also Shared Ownership Week partners.

A new offering for the show this year, Share to Buy have introduced a series of first time buyer workshops which will be hosted by De Havilland Group Ltd, First Home Coach and Wayhome, giving visitors a chance to delve into their affordability and learn about different home-buying options available to them from a range of industry experts.

Visitors will also be able to attend live Q&A sessions with industry experts throughout the day, covering everything from understanding Shared Ownership and Help to Buy eligibility criteria to perfecting your credit score. Independent mortgage advisors and solicitors will also be on hand to offer free financial and legal advice and answer purchasers’ questions about the buying process.   

For those interested in the mortgage and conveyancing process, Share to Buy will also be hosting a webinar in partnership with Shared Ownership Week on Wednesday 29th September at 2pm. Chaired by Share to Buy’s Marketing and Communications Manager, Jade Turnstill, this in-depth session will feature presentations from the teams at De Havilland Group Ltd and PCS Legal, as well as property influencer ‘Homes with Kelsey’, before opening up to a live Q&A session with viewers being able to put their questions to the experts!
