Taking place during Shared Ownership Week 2022, London’s largest event for first time buyers is set to return on Saturday 8th October with over 45 exhibitors all under one roof.
Held at the QEII Centre in Westminster from 10am to 5pm, the London Home Show is a one stop shop for budding buyers looking to find out more about Shared Ownership and all things affordable homeownership.
Hosted by Share to Buy, the UK’s leading online portal for Shared Ownership properties, the autumn event will be the sixteenth live exhibition, showcasing thousands of first time buyer homes across London and the Home Counties, and offering free practical, legal and financial advice to attendees.
Exhibitors at the event will feature some of the leading names in affordable housing, with sponsors including Catalyst, FABRICA, L&Q, Latimer by Clarion Housing Group, Notting Hill Genesis, Peabody, SiteSales Property Group, SO Resi by Metropolitan Thames Valley, Southern Home Ownership and Square Roots.
An unparalleled event for those wanting to find out more about alternative homeownership options, attendees will be able to speak directly with housing providers, mortgage advisors, solicitors and first time buyer experts in the QEII’s main exhibition hall.
For those looking to have their questions answered, guests can attend a series of Ask the Expert: Shared Ownership 101 sessions which will deep-dive into the part-buy part-rent scheme, covering everything from eligibility criteria and applications to staircasing and selling.
First Time Buyer Workshops will also host a panel of industry experts including HomeViews, a property review platform where guests can gather independent opinions and advice on purchasing.
After a hugely popular debut at the spring exhibition in April this year, a series of Affordability Workshops will also be returning to the London Home Show, hosted by first time buyer mortgage specialists Censeo Financial. These specialised workshops will give attendees the opportunity to ask their questions about the mortgage process and learn about the options available to them.
Tickets for the London Home Show are free, but visitors must register in advance. Reserve your place at London’s no.1 first time buyer event!
